ROTATION PROGRAM

We have an active rotation program in place designed to give exposure to a variety of project management, translation and marketing work areas as well other business activities.

We recognise the value project managers, translation professionals and marketing executives bring to Beyond Translation, and make every effort during the rotation to grow and develop employees.

Development and training needs are constantly reviewed, with additional training offered to develop leadership and management skills, as well as adding to the employees’ technical understanding.
